🧩 How it works
The group visits the museum together and, at the end of the experience, gathers in a reserved room for the celebration.
🍰 Use of the celebration room
Total number of people (children + adults):
• Up to 20: Possibility to bring snacks, with no time limit for staying in the room.
• More than 20: No snacks allowed (only a brief celebration moment with cake and drinks).
Food, drinks, utensils and decorations must be brought by the organisers.
⏱️ Visit duration
Most birthday visits last between 60 and 90 minutes, but there is no mandatory minimum or maximum duration.
👥 Supervision
Throughout the visit, children must be supervised by the responsible adults accompanying the group.
Our staff will be available to:
• Assist with the most interactive experiences;
• Help operate equipment;
• Suggest impactful photos and videos.

Neonia is located in the centre of Porto, around a 5-minute walk from Aliados metro station and a 10-minute walk from São Bento train station.
