You can buy Neonia vouchers online, via email, WhatsApp, phone, or at the museum’s ticket office.
Voucher types available for purchase through all channels, including online: Adult (ages 18–64), Child (ages 3–17), or Senior (65+).
Voucher types that can only be purchased via email, WhatsApp, phone, or directly at the museum’s ticket office: Family Pack Voucher for 3 (1 adult + 2 children) or Family Pack Voucher for 4 (2 adults + 2 children).
Each voucher is valid to be exchanged for a ticket of the same type, with an entry date up to 1 year after the voucher’s issue date (expiry date is indicated at the time of purchase).
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you have received a Neonia voucher, you can exchange it for a ticket of the same type (adult, senior, child or other), valid for entry up to the expiry date indicated on the voucher.
There are two types of vouchers:
i) Voucher with QR code + alphanumeric reference (“web voucher”), which you can use directly in the online ticket office. To do this:
🛒 Enter “1” as the number of tickets,
📅 Choose the date and time of your visit,
🎟️ Select the ticket type that matches your voucher,
👤 Add your personal details,
💳 Enter the full alphanumeric reference of the voucher in the “I have a code” field at step 5 (payment).
ii) Voucher with alphanumeric reference only (“ref voucher”): this cannot be used in the online ticket office. It must be exchanged for a ticket at the physical ticket office or by sending a PDF or clear photo of the voucher by email or WhatsApp, together with your preferred date and time of visit.
When exchanged, a valid ticket for entry to the museum will be issued, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
